These Chic Items Are in My Nordy Cart!
I really enjoy working on articles for Who What Wear, and I research carefully in order to provide the very best content. So, when my friend Bobby Schuessler from WWW asked me if I had any items currently in my Nordstrom shopping cart … well that’s an easy one because I always have new pieces I’m excited about! As I get my new-season wardrobe ready to go, I’m keeping in mind the trends below. They work for almost everyone, and will definitely give our wardrobes a little refresh. These 8 pieces Are The Secret Sauce To All My Outfits!
1. Bomber Jackets

Talk about a cool way to update dresses or skirts! An oversized bomber is THE jacket to add right now, and all the stylish girls are wearing them both day and night. I have this one in my cart, and this one too — I can’t decide!
2. Flare denim

I’ve been absolutely loving the wide-leg-denim trend. Now that it’s springtime, try a lighter pair (white or faded blue) that will go with everything! I have this one in my bag.
3. Puff Sleeves

I know puff sleeves have been around for a few seasons, but they’re still going strong. Frame makes some cool tees that go nicely with denim — I’m going to buy this black one. I also really like midi-length dresses, especially if they have puff sleeves. I have my eye on this one by La Ligne. They’re feminine and fun!
4. Trench Coats

A lightweight, casual trench is a closet staple … and it always will be! A good trench works nicely over a dress as part of your outfit, or simply with a T-shirt and jeans. I’m currently eyeing this flowy one, even though I already have a few on rotation. You can never have too many, and they are always chic and classic!
5. Embellished Shoes

Embellished party shoes are all the rage, and I’m loving the ones by brands like Mach & Mach and Amina Muaddai. Those prices are a little out of my range, but I just spotted these for only $60 — now I just have to pick a color.
6. Big Logos
Burberry dress | Sandals | Tote | Sunglasses | Watch | Bracelets
Big logos are all over the runways. This trend might not be for everyone, and it’s okay to skip one here and there. But if you’re into it, check out Balenciaga’s new Cities series that celebrates locations from around the world. This tote is on its way, and how cool is this graphic tee that goes with it?
#7 Oversized poplin shirts

We wore oversize poplin shirts through the pandemic when we were comfy at home, gave them a break, and are now loving them again! Pair with denim or trousers for instant elegance. I love the best-selling “Kayla” style, this pink Zara one, and this chic striped one I just spotted at Nordstrom.
