For the past 3.5 years I’ve been writing this fun little blog, and it has been an incredible journey! Even after thousands of hours spent in the dressing room helping clients put together wardrobes, I would never have imagined I’d be sharing outfits online every day. You see, when it comes to the business of blogging, most everyone has a “content calendar.” Brands, bloggers, and those producing content use this calendar as a road map to guide what they write. So, when people hear I don’t really have one, they’re kind of surprised 😂 Most days, I just wake up and think about what to cover depending on what’s going on in the fashion world. Yes, I know this isn’t typical, but it allows me flexibility and creativity! So, yesterday when I asked on my IG stories which were your favorite items purchased on So Susie, I was completely blown away by the number of responses!

Today’s post is about everything you shared with me that you’ve loved finding through this blog. Among the 100+ responses, there were some items that were repeated over and over again, like the ATM tee, the Vuori jogger and black Levi’s. Keep reading to see some of your other favorites — you might be surprised! I know if often say this, but thank you from the bottom of my heart — it truly means the world to me!

The top two items: Vuori jogger and ATM tee

Hands down, these are two items I’ve gone on and on about the most. Why? Because they are pieces I think everyone should own! The Vuori joggers are super comfy and they are the basis for the coolest outfits (read this post for ideas). I’m often asked whether the ATM tee is worth $85 — and my answer is yes! The cool texture and the fit of this tee make it really really wearable and popular. I haven’t met anyone who hasn’t liked it, so if you’re on the fence, order one and see for yourself!

Banana Republic striped sweater

Stripes always look good, and this under $100 sweater is SO fun! The sleeves are slightly flared, it’s perfectly oversized, and it’s just a super cute sweater. I have the petite small and the sleeves are the perfect length (the regular sized XS sleeves were way too long for me). Don’t wait on this one because it will sell out!

Paige Cindy and black Levi’s 724

The Paige Cindy and black Levi’s are two styles I saw over and over in the responses. It’s no surprise, since they’re both best-sellers and fit many many women really well. Both are a slim straight leg style, and it’s worth noting that if you’re over 5’5″, the Levi’s could be too short. They’re the only pair of jeans I haven’t had to shorten. Find them here and here.

Mother denim

It’s no surprise that Mother denim is the number one denim brand on So Susie. I myself own several pairs, and for what it’s worth I purchased them all (in other words, they were not gifted to me by the brand) — that’s how much I love them! They’re a stylist favorite, the fit and washes are really good, and judging by the numbers, you all love them too!

Anine Bing graphic tees

Anine Bing graphic tees and sweatshirts are another item I’ve gone on and on about, so when I receive sweet little messages saying how happy you are that you finally splurged … well, it makes me feel great that I steered you in the right direction! I love mine, and I wear them all the time. BTW, they’re the only ones I own! They run roomy (for reference, I wear an XS).

Vince everything!

Well not everything, but this cashmere sweater, satin slipdress, slim pant and silk blouse are amazing! These timeless, go-with-everything pieces are super versatile, really stylish, and you’ll have them for years to come.

Perfumes: Rose Prick & Baccarat Rouge 540

Fragrance is hard to purchase online, I totally get it! So if you live near a store, RUN in and smell these two. I get compliments on both of these ALL THE TIME, and based on your comments, so do you! The Tom Ford Rose Prick is a sexy fragrance that isn’t overly rose heavy. Before I invested in the perfume, I purchased this body spray, and now I wear them both (the perfume is perfect for travel). Paris Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian is a best-selling fragrance that has been flying off the shelves at Nordstrom for over a year. Again, because I wasn’t sure I wanted to splurge on a bottle of perfume, I started with the scented body oil and immediately fell in love!

Utility jackets

Both the Anine Bing and the affordable $54 utility jacket below are known for their style and versatility. They go with all shades of denim, as well as over a dress or nicer pants. I can’t recommend these enough, and many of you love them as well. FYI, the $54 utility jacket is currently out of stock, but I contacted the brand and it’s coming back soon — stay tuned on my IG stories!

J.Crew Cardigans

The Juliette cardigan is hands-down a favorite. I rarely purchase things in multiple colors, but this one is an exception. I recently picked up the pale gray, and it’s perfect as we into spring. These cardigans work with leggings, denim, and even over a shorter dress. But, they run really big, so go down one or two sizes. I have the XXS, and I’m never an XXS in anything!

Blazers: Veronica Beard & Cinq A Sept

Sorry to repeat myself on the blazers (!!) – but these were a top item in your responses. The Veronica Beard blazer and Cinq A Sept are total favorites. To see more, check out this post I wrote on Sunday for specifics!

Neiwai and Wacoal bras & Chantelle panties

I discovered Neiwai comfort bras this fall, and quickly fell in love — so did you! They’re comfy and there are two strap options depending on your preferences. Wacoal bras are another favorite, and this best-selling strapless is a must. The one-size-fits-all Chantelle panties are not that sexy, but they are very comfortable, and they’re my go-to’s under a dress.
