Favorite finds under $100 — I’ve tested them all!
Over the years, my own wardrobe has evolved into a mix of cool designer pieces, stylish essentials, and a handful of lower-priced items. I don’t usually seek out specific things. But, we all love a deal, so when I find a $59 cotton sweater (like the gray one I’m wearing below) I get pretty excited! And I know I’m not the only one — even my friends and clients with larger clothing budgets love finding good pieces at reasonable prices. That’s why I’m going to show you my favorite finds under $100 — I’ve tested them all — or almost all 😉
I’ve been asked this question a few times lately, so I thought I’d address it here: do I ever share lower priced brands from retailers like Macy’s, Loft and other similar stores? Here’s the thing … being authentic is my number one promise to all of you. Truth is, there’s barely enough time in the day to explore everything I love. So, while I don’t try every single thing I write about, I am very very careful about what I cover on the blog. I either own it, have tried it or helped someone else with it, or have read about it and want to try it.
Do I always get it right?
I humbly admit … I don’t always get it right. For example, I recently wrote about a Topshop trench, and even featured it several times. And when it arrived, it was terrible — so I quickly apologized on my IG stories! I am truly committed to authenticity. In addition to some favorite finds, today’s post includes a couple of recent Save/Splurge boards. Enjoy!

Dolce Vita sandal – So cute, and basically goes with everything. A style you’ll wear all season long!
ATM tee – An all-time favorite, it’s arm flattering, the texture is interesting, and the fit is spot on!
J.Crew denim shirt – I just picked this up myself, and it looks great open over a white tank, paired with white denim
J.Crew denim dress – A shirt dress style is super flattering, and I just noticed it’s on sale … it’s a really good deal!
Madewell skirt – How cute is this new skirt? Try it with a white tee, a denim jacket and sneakers
J.Crew straw bag – I love a good straw bag – it works with every spring outfit, and adds a little texture
Halogen $79 cardigan – This longer style is a best-seller. I love it with dresses, and of course, with jeans
Initial necklace – My daughter and I both love it, though I’ve misplaced mine. I keep hoping it shows up!
Le Specs “Air Heart” sunglasses – I’ve seen so many celebrities wearing these cool glasses, including Meghan Markle
Sam Edelman sneakers – The perfect all-white sneaker … it’s well priced and comfortable

Baseball hat – I pretty much wear this everywhere. It’s perfect for bad hair days!
Banana Republic sweater – Run and buy this if you love striped anything! The sleeves run long soI went with a petite small. LOVE!
Nordstrom scarf – A simple black scarf works with every outfit
Levi’s 724 – I’ve gone on and one about these jeans — they’re my personal favorites. They run true to size and a little on the short side, so if you’re taller maybe try another style
Leopard tote – Talk about an easy way to add a little pattern — and it works with everything!
$39 necklace – This is a piece that looks way more expensive than it is
Paris tee – Love, love this tee, and it’s finally back in stock. It runs roomy, I have the size XS and it’s perfectly oversized
New Balance sneakers – These are the cool sneakers to own right now!
Levi’s Denim jacket – A slightly oversized style, it’s comfy and stylish too
Elemis Cleansing Balm – I had to include this, since it’s 1/2 price TODAY at Ulta — this is good!
Save/Splurge
We’re trying something new around here! Every week, I’ll be creating a new save/splurge board that will be posted on Instagram stories and my Shop.LTK page (see here). It’s one of the cool things about working in the designer department for so many years … it’s easy for me to spot a version of the original, more expensive piece. Many of you have been asking me to do this, so I’m excited to try it out. I hope you like it!
