As the year comes to a close, I always like to take a moment to reflect … and one of the biggest blessings has been connecting with all of you! It’s what I call the gift of blogging — the challenge of putting yourself out there every day. I’m often at home writing away or filming alone, thinking about how we can all make our outfits that much smarter (and cuter). And, I sometimes wonder who is out there reading what I’m writing! So when I get to meet and speak with many of you who either read the blog or see me on Instagram, it becomes quite clear that I’m doing what I’m meant to be doing. The connections and friendships I’ve made with all of you across the globe is truly the best part of being a blogger. So thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
It has been a busy few weeks around here, and while everyone is talking about NYE plans, I’ll be staying cozy at home. I’m looking ahead to the new year and new beginnings. Brand new style boards
Recently I worked on a collaboration with Saks, which I posted on my Instagram here. It is one of my favorite online destinations, and I loved creating these brand new style boards. Now that things have slowed down — a little, it’s time to do some self-care! Simple things like trying a new skin-care routine, pampering your skin with a face mask, or even a new lipstick can feel really good this time of year. These are the simple things that feel luxurious and pampering!

With a couple of trips planned for this next month, I decided it’s time to up my travel game! Since I made this style board a couple of weeks ago, a few new travel items caught my eye. After watching Emily in Paris and getting lots of great travel inspo, now I want a Rimowa suitcase (!!), even though I just purchased this one. This travel steamer is really good, and monogrammed packing cubes look really cute too.

I find some of the best home finds at Walmart, and like everything else, mixing a few high and low pieces throughout your home is a great way to achieve great design style.
