I tossed half my lingerie drawer: Here’s why!
You might remember a post from a while back where I talked about tossing half my closet. I know, it sounds dramatic (!!), but I really did go through everything, and it felt really good! But, when it came to the lingerie drawer, let’s just say I wasn’t as decisive. All of a sudden, I noticed the pj drawer was over flowing — something even got stuck behind the drawer and it was a big ordeal to get it out 😂 My bra and pantie drawer was messy and overflowing too. So, I actually tossed half my lingerie drawer. Yep, I finally set aside all the stretched-out bras and ratty looking panties and pj’s I’d been wearing for years. Then, I set out to find high quality, well-designed replacements, and I’m sharing them with you below.

I’ve tested pretty much everything in this post, so this is all my own opinion and of course a little ‘blog research’ from my trusted sources. For everyday panties to wear under jeans, I prefer wearing a thong style. The Hanky Panky Original Rise is hands down the number one seller, followed by the Natori Bliss thong. I’ve worn both and I’d say they’re pretty equal, but Natori Bliss is the one I’ve purchased for over two years. For comfortable and practical panties, the Chantelle Soft Stretch one size fits all is a favorite, and in the summer, these are my go-to’s under dresses. Another comfy option is this Natori cotton style and this Wacoal one.

I’ve tried A LOT of pj’s recently, and there are several that stand out. For starters, as I’m writing this blog from my bed with two kitties snuggled in, I happen to be wearing The All-American Pj’s by HoneyDew. I’ve talked about these over and over again because I love them so much! They’re soft, reasonably priced and the perfect weight most of the year. Another one that I only recently tried, and I think may be the last one to the party on this one, is the Nordstrom Moonlight collection.
