15 gifts under $50 … you’ll love them!🎄

A few years ago, my TV producer friend Tammy asked me if I’d like to do a holiday segment on the AM Northwest morning show here in Portland. Of course, I immediately said yes! Then she said, “can you do it on gifts under $50?” “Absolutely!” I replied. But, secretly, I was wondering if I could come through with enough gift ideas to meet my high standards 😂 My friends joke about how picky I am when it comes to giving gifts — I want them to be perfect!

Well, that segment (and the post I wrote featuring the gift suggestions) was very popular … so I’m at it again! For the last few weeks, I’ve been carefully selecting special gifts, ones that your loved ones will hopefully appreciate. Take a look at these 15 gifts under $50 … I own many of them, so I know FIRST HAND how good they really are. My daughter Emily contributed to this post, and Em’s picks are always a hit. Half-Baked Harvest cookbook – lately everyone I know is trying recipes from Half Baked Harvest. I tried two this week and they were big hits!

Wicker baskets – These cute baskets from Walmart look great with towels, or even a pretty flowering plant like this favorite one Dash Egg Cooker – oh where do I begin? We’ve used it regularly for the past three years — it’s the best household appliance I own!

Italy by Gray Malin – It will instantly transport you to the Amalfi Coast. Makes a great gift for you or someone you love!

Packing cubes are another can’t-live-without travel essential — everyone in the fam should own a set!

Initial necklace – Em and I both have these — the quality is so good for the price!

$30 Walmart bag – Inspired by Bottega, this is a great one to try, and the color goes with everything!

Charlotte Tilbury Lipgloss – Pillowtalk is the top selling color, and this set is a great way to try it, if you haven’t already

Honeydew Pj’s are so soft and cozy! I have two patterns, and wear them all the time. I sized up for extra comfy-ness

Maison Louis Marie, No.4 Candle – Smells just like the Le Labo Santal 33 one. I have these scattered throughout my house!

Thread & Supply fleece – I realized this is $55 — I’m so sorry, but it’s still a great piece 🙂
