Right now, coated denim is everywhere, and it’s the perfect starting point for your outfits as we head into the holidays. When someone asks me how to style it, here’s my answer: style it with everything! For a photo shoot the other day, I paired coated denim with this blazer, this sweater, this party top and this pretty blouse. It’s the trend everyone is wearing … it makes every outfit look cool! Finding a sweater that’s a little sexy and is also comfortable can be challenging. This new one by L’Agence is such a great style, I’d recommend it in any color! It works with jeans or coated denim and is the perfect top to wear to a casual holiday gathering. This one by Paige is also really good and the colors are really pretty.

Stylish puffers are still trending, and I like to find ones that don’t add too much bulk. This style by Herno is SO good, and so is this lightweight Moncler style that I’ve been wearing on repeat. For an affordable option, look at this North Face style and this one by Blanc Noir. Practical and stylish too!

Any style of blazer works with coated denim, whether it’s Veronica Beard with a dickey (like this), or a dressier blazer like this favorite from Cinq a Sept.
