The denim trend you’ll wear all spring and summer!
We all love our denim, even in the summer! And right now, the denim trend that’s at the style forefront is faded, light-wash jeans. It’s not new, but it’s definitely the jean to buy. The faded blue color looks very springy when added to a white blouse or tee and paired with your favorite saddle brown accessories (more about that here). This effortless combo seems just right for the current season, and is ideal for warmer summer months. And don’t worry, this trend isn’t going away after summer, so I highly recommend adding a jean or two that you love now!

Faded denim looks super current right now, and it literally works with everything. I absolutely love this new Levi’s faded denim jacket (it is a favorite purchase of mine), and this Mother “Hustler” with a frayed hem has been my go-to recently. It’s all so easy, and always looks great!

Pretty much the key to every spring outfit, owning a denim jacket is stylish and adds a little warmth to any spring dress or denim shorts. I love a faded denim jacket and a white one is a key piece too!

This simple and always-in-style piece is worth adding to your wardrobe. It looks super cool with faded denim, but of course works perfectly with all denim, and you’ll love it for many seasons to come! Lately I’ve been wearing a short sleeved, more oversized version like this Madewell one and this one by Rails. For a simple button down shirt style, try Frank & Eileen. And for a ruffle style, look at Veronica Beard and Frame. Find one or two you love … you can’t go wrong!

The trend continues, and there’s a style for everyone! Straw bags come in all shapes and sizes, and they’re adorable 🙂 Pick one you love and you’ll wear it all summer long. I’ve had my eye on these by Hat Attack (which happen to be on the Shopbop sale). I’ve also been dreaming about a couple of designer splurges like this Loewe cult-favorite, and this one too — they’re Instagram and fashion girl favorites!

These are definitely the shoes you need this summer. They’re perfect with denim shorts, dresses and jeans. I absolutely love these Valentino Flip Flops. They were a splurge, but totally worth every penny. And these new cork sandals are a recent addition. All of these are comfy go-with-everything sandals you’ll wear ALL THE TIME!
