Recent t0p sellers and my honest reviews!

Nothing brings me more joy than helping all of you discover new things. And, it’s even more exciting when you message me about feeling pleased with your purchases! Because of this trust, I take very seriously my mission to make sure the items I choose are really good. They’re either ones I own, would love to own or recommendations from my trusted friends. My philosophy is this: If I wouldn’t buy it myself, I won’t share it here. While I think I should be gifted a lifetime supply of Vuori joggers, Mother jeans and Poppy Finch jewelry, what you’ll see here are favorites I’ve mostly bought myself!

Today’s post is about top sellers so far this year, and my honest reviews. It’s pretty thrilling to analyze what’s selling, and it reminds me of my Nordstrom buying days which were so much fun! I’m trying something new here by sharing these items with you and then giving you my two cents on each item. I hope you like it!

P.S. I’ve been working on updating my Pinterest boards, and I’d love to know what you think. And, if you’re new around here and want to stay up to date on all things stylish and the hot new items we ALL need, then subscribe here and never miss a post! My daughter Emily has started a new section – follow Em’s picks here. You can also follow me on Instagram here.

#1 Cozy Sweaters

Left: Topshop sweater, on sale | Gucci bag | Right: ATM cardigan | Wacoal sport bra (black) | Vuori Jogger

The 3 top selling sweaters at the moment are the Topshop one above (which is on sale), this ATM cashmere cardigan and this one by Treasure & Bond, also on sale!

Topshop sweater – This wool blend sweater is not itchy and the color is really pretty to wear right now. It’s a nice shade of blue — not too bright, and looks great with faded denim. I’m wearing the small, and it’s perfectly roomy and comfy!

ATM cashmere cardigan – ATM is a favorite brand, and this lightweight cashmere cardigan is a go-to most months of the year. It runs a little roomy, I’m wearing the XS. I noticed a little pilling, which happens with most cashmere. I’m about to get out this sweater shaver and have a go at it!

Treasure & Bond sweater also a favorite brand, and I always seem to find one new item at the beginning of each season. This sweater is slouchy and cozy, and runs big. It has held up quite nicely with minimal pilling. There are several color options here and this pretty blue which is new. There are also extended sizes here.

#2 Denim favorites

Left: Blank NYC blazer | Hoodie | Mother Rascal denim | Right: J.Crew polo sweater, back in stock | Paige Cindy denim | Handbag

Everyone is loving denim lately, and so many of you have messaged me, which I really appreciate! Here are the top 3 jeans to invest in.

Mother Rascal A slimmer straight leg jean that looks good on most everyone. I just noticed the white is brand new in stores now. This might be my personal favorite!

Levi’s Wedgie Icon -This Wedgie Icon fit is another one of my faves, along with the 724 style (size 27) I recently purchased in black. The Tango light wash is my #1 preference! I’m wearing a size 26 in the Icon wedgie and typically I’m a 27.

Paige Cindy – Another slim straight leg jean available at Paige and Nordstrom — flattering on everyone, this wash is the one that’s selling and is perfect heading into spring! Although light wash denim is good any time of year 🙂

#3 Beautiful Jewelry

The three top sellers recently are this initial necklace, this Monica Vinader bracelet, and the Poppy Finch pearl necklace. Initial necklace – I picked up this inexpensive necklace for me and Em, and we both love it!

Monica Vinader link bracelet – This sparkly bracelet looks way more expensive than it is. It is available in rose gold, gold vermeil or silver. I adore this one, and decided I might need to self gift!

Poppy Finch necklace – I pretty much wear this necklace every day. Don’t tell, but I even wear it in the shower because it’s kinda difficult to take off! Mine is layered with this shorter Bony Level necklace.

#4 Coats and jackets

Left: Topshop coat | Right: Rag & Bone Slade blazer

Three favorites include this Topshop slightly oversized style, this cream puffer and the Rag & Bone slade blazer. All so good! (I own all of these)

Topshop Brooke coat – this slightly oversized style is a deal. The colors are pretty, and last I checked it was available in petite sizing too! The quality is quite good considering the low price.

Rag & Bone ‘Slade’ blazer – feels like a sweater and reads like a structured blazer. Made of lighter weight wool, this blazer works most months of the year. It’s a splurge, but worth it since you can wear it most seasons.

Abercrombie puffer – This coat in cream has been a big seller. I love the attached hood and the price is so good! It runs a little small (I have the XS).

#5 Shoes, shoes, shoes

Best sellers include Golden Goose sneakers, Jimmy Choo splurge booties and Schutz cork sandals. Golden Goose sneakers – I typically wear a 6.5 shoe, and the 36 GG fit perfectly. They are a little stiff in the beginning, but they loosen eventually and feel more comfortable. These cool-girl sneakers sell out quickly, which is hard to believe since they’re a splurge, but I do think they are outfit makers! The best in-stock options are here and here. For a lower priced option, the P448 sneakers get good ratings too.

Jimmy Choo booties – A super splurge for sure, but this boot goes with everything. They have a nice slim fit, and the metal detail on the heel makes the boots look expensive!

Schutz cork sandals – I was so excited these came back in stock. Talk about a shoe that works with everything! The heel height is perfect, and they’re very comfortable.

#6 Wacoal Sport bra

Left: Wacoal Sport bra | Right: Wacoal Comfort bra

Many of you know I enjoyed a partnership with Wacoal this past year, and I was able to try so many bras! This Sport bra is a favorite, and all of you love it too judging by the sales. It’s supportive, super comfy, and hooks in the back, making it super easy to get in and out of. Another top seller is this Wire-Free Comfort bra — so so comfy! The trick with this one is to step into it instead of pulling it over your head, something I learned from the Wacoal team 🙂 I wrote about it here.

#7 Vuori Jogger

Vuori zip hoodie | Vuori joggers

Pretty much the number one seller from So Susie in the past year! This jogger is like no other and trust me if you haven’t purchased it yet, you are missing out. Read this recent post on how to style it three ways!

P.S. I’m wearing a size small!

#8 Vince silk blouse and crop legging

Vince blouse | Vince crop legging | Similar red shoe

Both of these items are loved by you! A classic black blouse is always elegant and a little bit sexy. It’s something you can throw on for a date night with extra jewelry for a simple, elegant look, or wear during the day with a blazer to a meeting. The cropped legging has a slimming seam down the front and a vent on the bottom. It’s super comfy, and you can wear it with every kind of shoe — a sneaker, a sandal, heels, etc. It runs a little small (I’m wearing a small.)

Thank you for reading! xx
