Susie’s top ten picks: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
I love helping my dear friends and clients select the very best items on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. After many years, there are a few strategies that really work when it comes to shopping the Anniversary Sale. After all, it can be a little overwhelming (and exciting) because, well … we all love a good deal!
Why is this sale a big deal? Because it’s brand new fall merchandise, offered at a discount before the season even starts, and it gets marked back up in a few weeks. This is the best of fall, and I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to share with you all my favorites!
#1 strategy is to focus on those items that are likely to sell out! Today’s post is about the top 10 items I think are worth paying attention to that I’m certain will sell out. So don’t wait. Buy them as soon as you can!

This year in particular, there are several items I know everyone will love. First: all the beautiful sweaters! Look at this cashmere hoodie, and this mock neck with double slits (photo above). The rib front cardigan is beautiful, and so is this cable mock neck sweater. The wrap coat is a must-have in either color, and the leather jacket is also a winner. I tried them all on, so trust me on this one! This pant is amazing, with slimming seams down the back, and leather leggings make every sweater extra luxe! It’s a perfect one to grab when shopping the anniversary sale!

Now is the time to load up on jackets! The prices are incredible, and I believe jackets literally make every outfit. This one by Kenneth Cole was a favorite last year, and is very similar to a cashmere one I own but at a fraction of the price! I also LOVE this lightweight style by North Face, and Pendleton has a super cute one here. This Moto style is in my own bag, and look at this fun plaid one!
#3 AllSaints collection

Last year, these AllSaints leather jackets were the first to go which disappointed many of my clients, some of whom had purchased the wrong size. I might suggest trying two sizes in case you can’t decide, as they run a little small. You’ll love this year’s white version, and for a basic try this one. AllSaints is a top brand, so grab these while you can! This dress is so cool, and this cardigan sweater is a must-have. You’ll wear this one all through the fall season.

There are SO many great beauty products here!! The Diptyque candles sell out every single year, get them now. I’d also buy this set from Charlotte Tilbury, or this lip kit, and of course anything by Jo Malone. Take time to look online here and I promise you’ll be glad you grabbed these exclusive items!
#5 Barefoot Dreams
Another hot hot item and likely one you’ll see every blogger talking about! I’ve seen it sell out year after year. Look at these blankets, and at these cozy loungewear cardigans that are perfect for wrapping up anytime!
#6 Sparkly Jewelry

Now is the perfect time to do a little self gifting since many of these gorgeous pieces are on sale. And some, like this Moncia Vinader bracelet and this Poppy Finch bracelet, are really reasonably priced!
#7 Michele watches
These Michele watches are so beautiful, and I promise you’ll love yours for years and years to come. I purchased mine at least 8 years ago, and it’s a piece I wear regularly! I own the two-tone style, but most versions are sparkly and look just like a piece of jewelry. This year they are extra special, and I think they’re worth the splurge. This sporty version is great too!

Having cute workout gear is a great motivator for exercising! At least that’s my theory 🙂 This Alo group is so cute, and all the Zella is great too. I love this furry jacket and this puffer vest is in my own basket! This is one of my favorite brands, especially when shopping the anniversary sale!
#9 Denim
This is the perfect time to purchase denim. My suggestion is to look for fits that are well loved. Here are my suggestions:
