Last summer while on a special trip with my boy, one memento I wanted to bring home was a shell bracelet. I became obsessed with shell jewelry after the “it” brand Tohum was seen on all the fashion girls (see last years inspo here). Imagine my surprise when a handsome server gifted me his! Fast forward to now, and there are many new shell jewelry options to choose from. I think you’ll love this bracelet, and this one too. Mix in a piece with your other favorite jewelry for the perfect summer touch!

The Rails brand, best known for super soft shirts, also makes some of my very favorite dresses. And since casual summer days call for relaxed and comfy clothing, these dresses should be at the TOP of our lists. I purchased this one, and wore it several times (pre-corona!) – once to a BBQ with these sandals, and again with these sandals for a casual get-together on our back patio.
As for secret panties … these are by no means sexy or pretty 😉 — but they’re SO COMFY!! Plain and simple, and they happen to be a Nordstrom Lingerie Department favorite. So trust me on this one, you’ll wear these under all your summer dresses.

#5 Summer beauty game changers

Every summer I adjust my beauty routine just slightly. For starters, I’m now applying sunscreen more consistently. I’ve been using Supergoop! which I really like, especially since it’s a clean beauty brand. Recently, I brought out my favorite Amorepacific Cushion Compact, and I use a brush to apply it over foundation. It gives a nice glow, and it has an SPF of 50! I love switching lipsticks, and this year I’m trying Nars “Orgasm” and Charlotte Tilbury “Sexy Sienna,” both are different shades of a coral tone. I will switch my blush to NARS “Orgasm” which comes in a mini-compact with their award winning bronzer next to it. These are really good!
And lastly, adding a new summer fragrance to your collection is something to consider. I always love Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, and the shimmering body oil won Allure’s Best of Beauty award. Try them!
