How to lighten up your denim?
It’s time to switch things up and make room for this season’s new trending color: écru! This off white or cream-colored hue is the perfect lighter color to wear right now. It’s very sophisticated, especially when paired with a simple black cashmere tee. Many of you know I popped into the Everlane store on a recent trip to LA, and I picked up this pair of écru denim for only $78! The “cheeky” straight leg is high waisted and flattering, and based on the reviews, I’m not the only one who loves them! I also grabbed this matching tee, and a short sleeved simple cashmere tee, which I’m wearing in this recent post.
But don’t forget the always-classic white
White jeans are one of those classic wardrobe staples everyone must own. Not only do they go with everything in your closet, they instantly say Spring! And after a long winter, what more could we want? Presumably your white denim from last year was on constant repeat, which is exactly why you should add another pair or two to your Spring lineup.
