Just hours ago, Nordstrom added hundreds of brand new, in–season items to their price–matching sale: 5268 to be exact. WOW! Take for example our favorite jewelry brand, Monica Vinader — 212 pieces are now being price matched, including my favorite rose gold bracelet AND the signature bracelet everyone loves (I wrote about it here)! And then there are the Chloe sunglasses I actually wore today, and now they’re on price match for 30% off.  It’s all very exciting, since we all love a good deal.

Rebecca Taylor leather jacket.  I’m in love!  Leather jackets are one of those items that go with basically everything in your closet, and they work all year around.

Joie – I have the blazer in my shopping bag, and couldn’t believe that it’s now 25% off, and the skirt is also super cute.  Either one of these pieces would be super versatile.  I’m not suggesting both of them, just one or the other:)

Here are the 5 ways to shop a Nordstrom sale like a pro!

#1 – If you see something you love, buy it — immediately. Don’t wait, because there’s a good chance it will sell out.

#2 – If by some sad chance your beloved item does sell out, move it to “saved for later” but don’t remove it altogether. That way, you can keep checking on it to see if your size reappears. It often does, as inventory changes by the hour. You can get lucky, believe me.

#3 – Type in the search bar “price-matched.” You will see 5,268 items. Yikes, now what?

#4 – On the left side, choose a category, “women’s clothing” for example, and then under “brand” select some of your favorites. I usually do 10 at a time, so it’s not too overwhelming.

#5 – Scoop them up! Remember this is a really good time to snag a deal on something that will go back to regular price several days later.
