Earlier this week, I was frantically working on getting our back patio ready for a photo shoot before the rain returned. I made three trips to the same nursery (no joke), planted 4 pots, cleaned and rearranged, made a cheese tray AND dinner — which left me all of ten minutes to get myself ready!! Pretty typical actually 😊
I quickly washed off the Giorgio Armani foundation that had been applied at 7am and dabbed on the Amorepacific Cushion Compact. I added Charlotte Tilbury Kim K.W. Lipstick, a little blush and a gloss … and finally started feeling kind of good! Radiant, if I do say so myself, thanks to the Amorepacific! Ironically, a while back the lady at the cosmetics counter told me I was sold the wrong shade (208), it was way too dark. Between being too lazy to switch it out and kind of liking the darker glow, I kept it anyway. And I’m so glad I did! Makes me look tan (even though I’m not)!
Between the Vitamin C Serum (which I’ve been using for ten days straight morning and night), the Amorepacific Compact and a few other favorites, I just have to share.

Charlotte tilbury lipsticks

Chanel lipgloss
This is the only lip gloss I use. Period.

I wear the color “In Love.” It’s a peachy, universally flattering color. And I know this sounds weird, but it smells SO GOOD!

Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Perfume
The perfect summer fragrance. Wore it in Hawaii, wearing it now, going to keep wearing it all summer. The pen spray is the perfect travel size and for $55, is a great way to try the fragrance.
Benefit High Beam
I’ve been wanting to use a liquid highlighter to accent my cheeks and brow bones, and a trusted friend told me about this one. I love it because it makes me look glowy.
NARS Lipstick
I REALLY don’t need anymore lipsticks. At all. But, the same trusted friend told me about NARS Rosecliff, and I’m a sucker for lipstick so I bought it. It’s like a nude that’s not too brown – and I threw on this coppery Chanel gloss (#808) over it. I swear, it’s PERFECT!
Slip silk hair ties
The older I get, the more careful I am with my hair because I can’t afford to lose any hair 😂. I heard that Slip products are “anti-aging,” so I’m going to assume these hair ties are “anti-aging” too! 😂 They are made to be gentle on your delicate hair, which is why we all need them.
