Ten home buys worth every penny!!

Asiatic pheasant platters | Glass canisters | Fave cutting boards | Counter stools | White platters

It happens every year, like clockwork.  The cherry trees are full of pretty blossoms, the birds are chirping and I’m furiously Spring cleaning and re-arranging everything!  Getting my house sparkled up for the sunnier days ahead feels so good, lifts my spirits and makes my family happy 🙂 All of this means I’m also perusing my favorite home decor for some new additions to get my house Spring-ready.  There are some amazing items that are worth every penny — trust me.  For example, these battery operated candles that look so real, especially on a mantle – and if you have a few real ones burning, NO ONE will ever know!

Here’s a peek at my current home decor adventures, which include a ladder because IRL hubby is supposed to change the lightbulb I can’t reach. 😂  I also noticed (after I took the photo) the Sonos speaker on the floor … bet he didn’t think I would see it!!  (You can read here why Sonos speakers are a household favorite).

It’s hard to believe these Pottery Barn candles are battery operated.  I purchased the white ones, which I love!!  Make sure to purchase the remote as well.

My dear friend Carrie Minns’ book, La Pomme de Portland, is full of lovely stories and beautiful photography.  This will make perfect Mother’s Day gift.

I just purchased this blue pillow from Serena And Lily and love it!

This Williams Sonoma marble cheese board is so pretty and versatile.  It can be also be used to display olive oils and salts, pretty candles, or desserts.

Terrain has the best garden ideas, and this cute succulent pot has me excited to branch out with my plant choices.

After spotting these side tables spray painted white under this painted console table, I’m looking high and low for an area in my house where I can copy this look!

This Pottery Barn bamboo flatware has handcrafted handles and will make your table look casual and fresh.

These Williams Sonoma glasses are pretty and sparkly.  They’re perfect for both casual and fancier occasions.

Hands down my three favorite candles of all time.  I highly suggest purchasing the wick trimmer.

Garden stools work in every part of your house.  From occasional tables to holding towels in your bathroom, you will have these forever.  One Kings Lane has the best selection!
