I’ve had a lifelong love affair with green
Especially when the tiniest bit of pink is woven in, and of course any amount of blue. If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that these colors are common throughout my house. So, it’s no surprise that I fell in love with the San Vicente Bungalows. And one might say a little obsessed with them at the moment, after returning from my long weekend in LA. (If you missed it, you can read more here.) Never mind that I will NEVER have the chance to go, since mere mortals can’t get in! But in the meantime I can dream; this NYT article published two days ago is fascinating and allows a tiny glimpse into a world that I could only imagine from my hotel across the street.
Enter my other favorite love
Fashion — and right now green is absolutely everywhere! I love how interiors and fashion intersect, which is evident from this banana leaf print skirt, a pattern seen often in fabrics. With St. Patrick’s day around the corner, now is the perfect time to add a piece or two to your wardrobe. I have a friend who wears green for the whole month of March, starting on the first!
